Returns & refunds
We want you to feel confident when you shop Zenory products. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled, including when the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act applies and when discretionary policies apply for change-of-mind requests.
Under New Zealand law, products must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for any purpose we make known to you. If a product fails to meet a guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Remedies depend on whether the failure is minor or substantial.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is faulty, contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement.
Do not dispose of the product until we confirm, unless keeping it would pose a safety risk.
Where the law allows, you may return unopened products in resaleable condition within fourteen days of delivery for a refund of the product price excluding outbound shipping. Opened dietary supplements are generally not eligible for change-of-mind refunds due to health and safety considerations, unless they are faulty.
Email talk@ghorlaxxiavormiu.world with your name, order reference, reason for the return, and whether you seek a refund or exchange. We will respond with instructions and, if applicable, a return authorisation number.
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days. Bank processing times may add additional days before funds appear in your account.
Certain items may not be returnable if they are personalised, perishable, or marked as final sale at the time of purchase. Gift cards or promotional bundles may have separate rules stated at checkout.
